What’s included in your transformative six-month programme

Strategic kick-off and integration workshop (month one)
A comprehensive half-day workshop bringing your managers together to set collective goals, build foundational trust, and establish clear team alignment. Personalised 1:1 leadership coaching (months two – five)
Each of your participating managers receives one dedicated, confidential coaching session per month. These individual sessions provide tailored support, accountability, and a safe space to apply workshop learnings, address specific challenges, and accelerate their leadership growth.

Consolidating and future-pacing workshop (month six)
A final team workshop dedicated to reinforcing new habits, celebrating progress, and strategising for sustained leadership effectiveness beyond the programme. This ensures lasting impact and embedding of skills.
